Hi everybody,

I'm actually working in a smallbut innovative company and trying now to implement some pmi practices, some tools, some whatever... wathcing around i guess libreplan is such a great stuff but, probably, as many of you are had already done or are doing it actually now like me, considering the frequency of the release, the attendance to this forum, the replies, everything makes me think that this software is no longer maintained in its opensource version. Is it correct? I wish someone of the dev team could make some on clear on this, otherwise, without any information it's hard to consider it in a production environment, besides the commercial libreplan site isn't very clear about any roadmap either.
I'm very curious and I like this software and its potential very much, but guys, come on, please, answer.
Thank you.

  How to change ip address
Posted by: CoryCanales1909 - 10-12-2017, 07:53 AM - Forum: Questions - No Replies

I have the Hitron cable modem with Shaw. I access the internet using wifi.
There is a social media site that has banned my ip address. I was innocent but contacting the site numerous times has got me nowhere in resolving the issue. I would like to get back into the site but I keep getting a notice that my ip is banned.
Is there a simple way to get a new ip address? I was told by a Shaw technician in chat to unplug the modem for at least 8 hours. I unplugged it for 10 hours and when I plugged it back in I still had the same ip address.
How to change my ip address? I know how to access the modem on the internet if that helps any.

  Workers limit reached? 11 people?
Posted by: sirkus - 09-19-2017, 09:40 PM - Forum: Questions - No Replies

Is there a limit to the number of workers that LibrePlan will let you add?

I have a working LibrePlan installation, and have started using it with a small team. I have 11 "workers" and wanted to add 1 more, but I seem to have reached a limit. When I go to the "Workers List" page, I see 11 workers listed, and below that the button with the "+" on it says "Workers limit reached" on it, and it is grayed out. So I don't seem to be able to add more users.

Is there an 11 person limit to LibrePlan, or is it something that I have set up wrong?

  Spammers deleted

It was brought to my attention that a few spammers where active. Some had already posted over 60.000 messages.
Thankfully, there were only a few spamaccounts. They have been banned permanently and their posts have all been purged.

Please send an email to info@libreplan.org if you notice an active spammer. We try to monitor the forum as best we can
but it is not a daily routine (yes, it probably should, but there's more to life, right? Smile

Kind regards,
Jeroen Baten

  Reporting seems to be broken
Posted by: rocket - 11-14-2016, 04:20 PM - Forum: Questions - No Replies

Hi Libreplan community,

My colleague, who uses Libreplan told me, that suddently her reporting is not working properly anymore. There were no config changes made, she told me too.

If I take a look at the catalina.out log file while my colleague is requesting a reporting, I can monitore the following error message:

Nov 14, 2016 4:43:47 PM org.zkoss.zk.au.http.AuDynaMediar service:141
SEVERE: Failed to load media, /view/z_5wy/yLDP28/js9/0/hoursWorkedPerWorkerReport.pdf
>>org.zkoss.zk.ui.UiException: net.sf.jasperreports.engine.JRException: Image read failed.
>>net.sf.jasperreports.engine.JRException: Image read failed.
>>    at net.sf.jasperreports.engine.util.JRJdk14ImageReader.readImage(JRJdk14ImageReader.java:73)
>>    at net.sf.jasperreports.engine.util.JRImageLoader.loadAwtImageFromBytes(JRImageLoader.java:167)
>>    at net.sf.jasperreports.engine.JRImageRenderer.getImage(JRImageRenderer.java:407)
>>    at net.sf.jasperreports.engine.JRImageRenderer.getOnErrorRendererForImage(JRImageRenderer.java:310)
>>    at net.sf.jasperreports.engine.export.JRPdfExporter.exportImage(JRPdfExporter.java:1381)

I tried to find the specified file "hoursWorkedPerWorkerReport.pdf" in the servers filesystem, but had no success. Even google does not know anything about this error.

Does anyone has an idea what to do now? Is there a way to fix this issue?

Best Regards,
